Program Fees

• The standard fee for GOTR/GOT is $153.
• The fee for a coach's daughter is $103.
• We also offer financial assistance in tiers:

Families that qualified for Free and Reduced Meals (FARMS) through Montgomery County Schools last year (2009-2010) can choose a $78 fee.

Families that qualified for FARMS and have a household income under $30,000 can choose a $13 fee.

We also offer a limited number of need-based full scholarships. Please call our offices for more information.  Financial assistance options require a copy of the FARMS eligibility form from the prior or current (if available) school year to be submitted with registration.

If you do not qualify under these options, yet feel that the registration fees would prohibit your daughter from participating, please contact us to make arrangements.

Girls and coaches are registered for the 5K as part of the program fee. There is a $25/person race fee for family members or friends that wish to participate in the 5K celebratory fun run.

Refunds

Girls on the Run of Montgomery county will refund 50% of the registration fee (minus the $3 online service charge) if requested in writing prior to the 4th lesson of a Girls on the Run of Montgomery County program.  No refunds will be issued for any terminations after the 4th lesson except in the event that an unforseen illness or health issue arises after the 4th lesson. Such instances will be handled on a case by case basis and discussion and review will be held prior to refunding 50% of the registration fee. If a site is canceled due to insufficient registration or other circumstances deemed appropriate by the Executive Director, the full registration fee will be refunded.
